Ownership structure:
The ownership structure of the company is 100% Nigerian, owned by the Chairman and Managing Director (Remi Adeseun & Funmi Adeseun).
Remi Adeseun: he is a pharmacist with diverse experiences in pharmaceutical companies' before setting-up his owner in 2003. He has over 20years pharmaceutical experience.
Funmi Adeseun: she is an Architect with over 20years on the job experiences. She had worked overtime with various notable architectural firms before setting up her own in 2003.
